It helps that I know enough of how to navigate the process. We worked with Van and James and they were both responsive and receptive to feedback. Van is a very no-nonsense kind of guy and I appreciate that. He made the process seamless and easy. Even when issue came up and discrepancies arose due to the speed at which the deal was executed (we had a very tight window), they made it right and exceeded expectations on every front.
