“We bought a new Ford Maverick XLT on July 24th. We were a walk on and met Sam Stublla. He showed me the Ford Maveruck I was interested in and then made an appointment to come back in a few days. When my husband and I did come back and met with Sam he showed us and told us everything we wanted to know as well as test drive the Ford. We bought it and Sam made the whole process comfortable and as easy as it could be. Sam is a great representative of your company. “An amazing buying experience, entered the dealership with an idea of what I wanted and discussed my thought with Xavier Nik first, despite being already trying to accomplish a task he took the time to address my concerns directly and only then asked me if it was okay to let another salesman take over. That is when I met Miguel Velaz (spelling may be wrong..) who really took hold of making the deal I wanted work for my finances and still get me the vehicle I wanted with a maintenance package! The finance person, whose name I regretfully forgot, was also very personable and direct. Didn't push additional packages when I specified I wasn't interested. Just laid them out in front of me to view to which I still declined. Overall a great buying experience and got exactly what I needed to feel comfortable with the deal!
