“Joe Ryu was great! We were looking to upgrade our car and was in the market for something that would help our outdoor adventures. Zero pressure and push back, super awesome service and super knowledgeable on the car we drove. Really appreciated the no pressure and turned a scary dealership experience into a really pleasant one. We took an crosstrek wilderness around town all to ourselves for about 30 mins and got to really explore the car at our own pace. When we got back Joe was also really pleasant and no pressure. “The new expansion of the service department is wonderful! We’ve always had a great experience with both sales and service at Kearny Mesa Subaru. Despite this being the first day using the new expansion of the service department, all the staff was on top of their game! Alexis was our rep and she took terrific care of us. Very friendly and personable, courteous and professional, as well. The video updates from the tech in the bay were thorough and appreciated. The clear picture and verbal report of the inspection and service really adds confidence to the understanding of our vehicle’s condition. Even with the complimentary wash and the addition of the cabin filter change, our visit was very quick! I was also pleasantly surprised to find at check-in that the service was very competitively priced to basic shops that do not offer the same level of experience. I will always bring my Subaru to Kearny Mesa for service- none finer!”

“Kearney Mesa Subaru, so far has been an absolutely wonderful experience, even before my husband and stepped foot at the dealership! We knew that we were interested in the Forester with the Wilderness package in the color white, silver, or gray. So we called the nearest dealership, which was Kearney Mesa and talked with Ahmed. We made an appointment with him for the next day, and he showed us the 3 of the Foresters in each color. It was so simple and amazing. Ahmed was prepared for us with the vehicles ready to checkout and drive. When we decided to purchase the gray one, we talked with Summer in finance, and she was great as well! She also helped us pick out a warranty program as well as the benefits of a ceramic coating for the paint coat protection. So happy that Subaru also offered a class to take, to learn and understand your new vehicle. Let's face it...cars today are very high-tech/computers on wheels. So, we signed up to take the class at the 2 week mark, and met another quality employee, Cameron. He was so patient, understanding for us techno-phobes, and so very knowledgeable! He even offered to give another session down the road if I would need any more help or a refresher class! It was such a friendly, low stress, non pressure selling atmosphere, and they all just let the vehicle sell itself...no one came across fake!!!
