“Such a smooth & hassle-free experience at this store!! I knew what vehicle I was shopping for, but I wasn't sure about trim levels and what would fit my needs best. I wanted a work truck with good fuel economy. The Ford Maverick checked all the boxes. I know dealerships have a reputation of having sharks outside just waiting for you to pull up, but that wasn't the case here. I was lucky enough to deal with Michael Croom & I strongly recommend him! He was very patient with me, showed me easily 10+ trucks and I'm sure that I got on his nerves but he NEVER showed it. Haha. A true professional. Once we had test driven a truck & we had it narrowed down to a couple of units is when sales manager Ross D. jumped in. He worked me a few quotes and did not try to fast talk or push me into a bad deal. Ross worked outstanding numbers for me but due to an unforeseen situation, I was not able to purchase my truck that evening. Both Croom & Ross reassured me that they would contact me the next day and close the deal. When I first arrived at the dealer, I noticed a Ranger Raptor on the front line, and I have been wanting to get one. On the way out of the dealer, my wife asked for Michael to unlock the truck so we could look at it & we did. VERY nice truck. We went on our way and I waited for them to call me the next day. As promised, Ross reached out and gave me the lowdown on the deal & the unit I had picked out was out and I needed to pick another. He offered help locating a comparable unit for me, even if it meant dealer trading for one. I went back on their site from my office and looked at their inventory again and found a Space White Lariat Maverick with black out package. I don't know how we missed it the night before, but it was perfect. As the saying goes, things happen for a reason. I trust that God knew something I didn't. Ross worked the quote and sent it over. SOLD. But I was slammed at work and wouldn't make it to the dealer on time. Ross had their finance people handle everything online for me & it was flawless. They were so easy to work with that I ended up convincing Ross to give me too much money for my truck on trade for the Ranger Raptor and I bought them both! Great job by the whole team at the dealer, but especially our salesman, Croom, sales manager Ross, & Manny in finance. Big thank you to those guys.
