“I had a terrible service experience at Curtesy Chevrolet. I reached out to KM Chevy, got connected with Joey in the service department who was so nice and accommodating. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to try and find a solution by inviting me in and he would help me personally. I got a call from a super cheerful and sweet Jenni from sales about an hour after dropping my 2018 Equinox off. I had been entertaining getting a new car but wasn't sure it could make it work.
