“Well, I’m disheartened to write this review, as I was generally happy with the business done and the car bought from this location.
However, things have changed. I’ll start out with my buying process was very smooth, I was able to get a good price and monthly payment, I was happy with it. They asked for the obvious proof of income and standard questions except all I had to do was answer. They didn’t verify any information such as income from me or my cosigner. & I got approved for financing. Which didn’t matter to me at the time but did bring up a yellow flag in my mind.
My boyfriend at the time bought a car from them the same day. His process was smooth as well. They told him he was approved for financing, and sold him the car. Signed paperwork, the car was his, in his name. A week later they called him and told him they actually weren’t able to get him approved for financing and that he had to put more money down, after he had already signed all the paperwork and bought the car. Red flag. He immediately returned the car to them.
My sale actually did go through with no issues. A week later I noticed my car needed oil. They sold me a car with no oil in it. 2nd red flag. I made them do an oil change for free as I should not have bought a car with no oil in it. They did it no issues.
Service department is great, I have no complaints there besides the huge cost for any service you do, but being name brand dealership (hopefully) using only OEM parts, it can be understood. A few days after they did the oil change, I noticed puddles on the ground anytime I would park the car. I put a paper towel to the fluid and it was clear multiple times so I just figured it was water and didn’t think much of it. Come to find out, there was a hairline leak in the radiator itself losing all the coolant. I had to figure this out when I finally went to get a coolant flush (way sooner than what it should have been if I bought the car with coolant and a good radiator). I did the coolant flush at another mechanic shop, and by the time I went to pick up the car, half the coolant had leaked out. So this shop did a leak test and was able to find the leak in the radiator. This is only a few months after buying the car. So essentially, they sold me a car with a bad radiator. I called them to see what they were willing to do and how they were willing to make it right. They did not wish to do anything to make it right and denied the fact that they sold me a car with a bad radiator Stating radiators can go out at any time. (Ya, bad ones do). if the radiator was in good condition at the time of purchase there is no way it would start leaking in a few months. It’s a personal car, I do not drive it intensely.
I just personally think that’s bad business, as a business owner myself I have a standard to not work with companies that do bad or shady business. Unfortunate that this company has now become one.
To intentionally sell a car you know has a bad radiator bc you don’t want to spend the money to replace it, and then deny and refuse to make it right once it is brought to your attention is shady. I would not recommend this company or its sister the Nissan side. If you do work with either, definitely get your own inspections and double check everything they say. The sales side is definitely doing some shady stuff.”

“They go above and beyond here! The Gm , Ali and our sales associate , Tony are some of the most upfront , honest and courteous people we have worked with on a vehicle purchase. Tony generally was excited and happy for us about our purchase. Took some pictures of us with our car and amazing follow up skills. Even three weeks later still texted me back right away ,when I had a question about our new infinity. This was night and day to an another luxury vehicle (sedan) that we purchased during the same time. That transaction was awful and the zero care or follow up was so blatant. Unfortunately, now we’re stuck in that car, but we’re very happy with our infinity and will be for the term of the loan because of the excellent service we received at this dealership..our family cannot recommend enough.”

“Horrible experience after years of loyal patronage at the former location of Kearney Mason, Infinity, I recently brought my car in for a recall and at the same time asked for two items to be checked with the extended warranty coverage to see if they were covered and if that weren’t covered, I did not want to do any repairs. Mistake I should have noticed the $400 charge when I gave them the vehicle. I have been so trustworthy with my service technician for so many years. I guess I got lacked in my oversight. Got a call from the dealership saying to me that the extended warranty does not cover the items and that they were gonna charge me $200 for their ““ diagnosis of one item and not any diagnosis for the other one because they didn’t find it operating incorrectly the item that they charge me $200 diagnostic fee also operated correctly. It had a problem some months ago intermittently that’s why I wanted to see if it would be covered. I feel like I’ve been ripped off for $200. In addition, they tried to tell me that there was a check engine code for an EV unit and when I refuse to have them repair it, they wipe the code out so I could see that it didn’t exist in the first place highly unprofessional perhaps some people receive a level of service or satisfied with, but I can tell you as one Customer, who has been going here for I think the better part of a decade I will never bring another vehicle here unless the situation is rectifiedalso be careful because they take photocopies of your drivers license and credit cards and are non-PCI compliant in doing so the coffee machines have memories that keep records of copies made.
Here’s a little addition just got on the freeway heading home and noticed that the hood was coming up a little bit so pulled over to latch the hood because Apparently, even this task is difficult To complete.
Upon opening the hood, I noticed the following fasterwas missing from their multi point inspection looking at the air Cleaners they couldn’t even put it back together correctly something So simple as this. Luckily, as you can see in the photo I located it and was able to reattach it.
Unbelievable.”
