“I went to purchase an Audi , this past weekend 2/26. I went through the process of getting approved for my purchase ,I got my credit ran and APPROVED! Right before I was ready to pick up the vehicle I was told that the vehicle ONLY comes with 1 key ! And no floor mats , I was told from the managers Jorge and Eric T that it’s Company Policy that the they do not give a set of keys with the purchase of the vehicle and that I would have to pay extra “OUT of POCKET.” I have purchased many vehicles from different dealerships and have “NEVER” ever heard of such a thing, especially if you’re spending thousands of dollars for a vehicle. I I was “APPALLED” from this AUDI dealership on Miramar ! ! PLEASE BEWARE!! Read the fine print!!!!”
