We recently purchased a 2026 RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid Woodland, and I wanted to recognize Anthony and the management team for helping make it happen. It took a couple of days to get everything worked out, but Anthony was consistently quick to respond, answered our many questions, and stayed engaged even when it seemed like the deal might not come together. I also appreciate the management team (especially Rey) for working with Anthony to reach a price we felt good about. We never felt like they simply gave up on us. They continued looking for a solution, and in the end we got to drive away excited about our new RAV4. Thank you to everyone involved for your persistence and hard work. We’re looking forward to enjoying this vehicle for many years to come!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Sam, Ray and George took the time to accommodate my needs and answered every question I had, to make informed decisions. Sam was excellent before and after the purchase of my vehicle. His follow up after the purchase was extremely helpful with information that I needed transitioning into my new vehicle easy and confident, that made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Victory Toyota of San Bruno to anyone that is purchasing a vehicle.

I’ve been going to this dealership for many years, and unfortunately, I’m no longer satisfied with the level of service, particularly from the service department. Communication is one of the biggest issues. Calls and messages often go unanswered, and when you do get in touch with someone, they are rarely helpful in addressing concerns. Even when arriving for a scheduled appointment, I’ve experienced multiple occasions where I wasn’t assisted promptly after pulling into the service lane. Literally waiting for 15 mins in my car and no acknowledgement. What frustrates me most is that when I bring in a vehicle concern, the recommended repairs are often extremely expensive. In some cases, I’ve researched the issue afterward and found much more affordable solutions elsewhere. It leaves me with the impression that the service department is overpriced and not always equipped to accurately diagnose or recommend the most reasonable repair options. I hate writing negative reviews, and I would understand if this were an isolated incident. Unfortunately, this has been a repeated experience over a long period of time. Even interactions with staff over the phone have often been disappointing. At this point, despite the dealership being conveniently located near my home, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. The ongoing lack of customer service, communication, and value has made this one of the worst service center experiences I’ve had.

For anyone thinking of selling a car here: they will give you a quote to get you to drive an hour to them, then run the Vin you gave them thru carfax and give you that offer. Save yourself time, insult, and bait and switch, and just sell the car yourself (or take the Carfax or Carvana offer!) Thats all they're going to do. Im a lifelong toyota customer and Ill never use this dealership no matter what the deal offered. They also lied in the verification report that there are only 1 key (lie) scratches (invisible). Stay away.

I recently bought a brand-new Toyota bZ XLE 2026 from Toyota San Bruno and had a great experience. The whole process was smooth, quick, and professional. The sales team was helpful and made sure I got a great deal, and I was able to drive out in under two hours. Highly recommend!
