“I had a really amazing experience at Victory Honda. I am a first time buyer and was pretty worried about how they would treat me or try to pressure me, but at no point did I feel pressured or like I wasn't given the time to ask as many questions as I needed/wanted. Petr was the first person I met as I was browsing the vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the difference between the models and their features and showed me exactly what I was looking for. When I told him I had an appointment for something else and said I would be back he didn't try to guilt trip me, but told me that they were open until 8pm so if I wanted to come after the appointment I could, and I did. On my second visit (same day) Xavier helped me through the process to see my financing options and he was just as patient! I knew what my financial limit was and they worked with me to make it happen. The whole process took about an hr and a half. Both him and Leroy were attentive and respectful and I am truly grateful for that. Since the car wash was closed by the time I left, they told me to bring it in the next day and they would wash it for me. I showed up the next day and they did exactly what they said and they also answered more questions for me. I would highly recommend this amazing group of people.”
