“My appointment was at 11 am it is 12:48 and they had not diagnosed my faulty car seat . The manager kaliff got upset I said I would leave a review and said they would stop the service even though I asked him not to . Other manager came in and was also questioning why I would leave my review . I asked for my car back as I no longer trust their staff. Bad rude treatment from Kaliff . I just wanted them to give me a status after a two hr wait as other clients came and went for oil change they got priority. Never coming back”
