I had a great experience working with DJ at Toyota. From the moment I walked in, I never once felt pressured to buy, which made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. DJ was extremely knowledgeable about the Tundra and took the time to walk me through all the features in detail, answering every question I had with confidence. It was clear he really understands the vehicle and cares about making sure his customers are informed. If you’re looking for a professional, patient, and knowledgeable salesperson, I highly recommend asking for DJ.

Purchased a new Highlander from Universal. My salesman Martin was the greatest salesman I can say I ever had the pleasure of doing business with! He was cordial, well mannered, accommodating and wasn’t pushy like a lot of them. He made the process enjoyable and went far out of his way to ensure our needs were met. The vehicle was in route and he kept me informed of status until delivered. Once delivered he again went out of his way to ensure all our needs in the delivery process were met. I can truly say on a scale of 1-10 he would be rated a 15! Universal Toyota has a star salesman on their hands treat him right!!

We contacted Universal Toyota online with the specifications of what we were shopping for. Within minutes we received a text and we were referred to Isreal Salvador. Mr. Salvador was easy to work with, communication throughout the process was reliable and consistent, he was honest and respectful of our time and he worked to find the perfect vehicle for our family. Isreal maintained a professional relationship throughout the process and did an excellent job building rapport. Mr. Jose Ortero (management) and the finance team made sure we got the best deal for our two trade ins. And the service department took care of making sure the protection package was installed within the same week of finalizing our purchase! We want to thank Isreal, management/finance/service team, and Toyota ownership for running such a professional organization. Isreal made sure we knew everything about our 2026 Sequoia Limited, installed our plates, and made sure our technology was synched to the vehicle all before driving off the lot! We appreciate Mr. Salvador for going out of his way to keep our best interests in mind and for building a long-lasting relationship with us. This has been the best experience we have ever had in making a vehicle purchase. EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE!! At my age I have bought just about every car, driven every truck and have endured the painstaking that one goes through when purchasing a vehicle. You sit there waiting for the haggling back and forth just to find out that you are approved at 30% APR and you just need a little bit more down like your dna, your first born and another $3k. But on this particular day I was greeted with a Salesman by the name of Thomas AKA Tommy the Great. I was very amazed because he catered to me as if I was the only person there. He was friendly and definitely got personal with our conversations and we shared some mutual likes in fashion. We connected immediately, and it wasn't a pushy salesperson connection. It was truly an honest and humble conversation and it made it more personalized during this purchase. Tommy demonstrated his expertise not in making a sale, but creating a relationship and building rapport. Many salespeople will not make it out there because they do not have the quality and the gift in accomplishing both the relationship and the sale. Tommy obtained my information, next thing you know I'm meeting his manager Jose who was very friendly and then I was led to the finance agent. Everything happened so fast I cannot believe that I was in and out of there driving out in my brand new 2025 Toyota Tacoma. I want to thank the entire team, I want to thank the upper management and ownership of this particular dealership for running such a smooth operation. The other salesmen were just as friendly and everything just was so intact. For me it was an amazing experience to get in and out in the time that I did. I was looking for a particular truck, it was presented to me and I decided I wanted to purchase it and a hour and a half I was in and out. I truly want to thank Tommy for going out of his way making the sell quickly but also making a long-lasting relationship. Again this has been the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Great Experience. We had been watching and shopping for a pre-owned Toyota Highlander Hybrid for about 2 months. We had connected with Carmax, Carvana, all certified pre-owned in the city and had gotten to some very specific criteria for the vehicle. 23-25 Model Year. Less than 20k miles, XLE trim package at a minimum, leather seats, as an individual upgrade etc. Every possible option within those parameters was near $50k and many required shipping or transfer fees. Several were from northern states and we did not want snow, slush ice and salt damage. Enter Universal Toyota. Found an XLE Premium (this means leather) Toyota Hybrid for $46k. They gave us a fair trade in on our Nissan Rouge (Rehanna had served us well for 8+ years) with 140k plus miles. So we knew value on various trade or car buy offers. They also provided a Disabled Vet discount and more. All told the package of exactly what we were looking for, in a 2025 Model Year and less than 13k miles made this perfect. Our young sales agent Noah Cyrus was easy to work with and was a tremendous help. Financing was clean and I picked up the registration yesterday.
