“I just wanted to “look” at the new Palisade and somehow Marcus C. had me leaving in one! I was a little iffy when I arrived bc I wasn’t greeted even when I saw looking through the showroom floor. I saw several people on their phones; maybe they were waiting for appointments or other business idk. Marcus found me though and I’m glad he did. I love that he didn’t talk to me like I didn’t know anything about the vehicle I was looking at.
