“I took my F-250 in for scheduled service and a couple of software updates. Gary C. was my advisor and he did an excellent job, arranging a loaner, keeping me informed of the progress multiple times and going the extra mile to make sure I got my garage opener when I left it in the truck when I dropped it off. There was however a problem with the Ford Quick Lane maintenance service. As part of my prepaid plan the DEF tank is to be topped off. This service was noted on the repair order but as you can see in the photos the DEF tank was not filled. I guess I will have to make another visit to get this corrected :(”
