“Outstanding Service Manager – Richard at Audi
I’ve been an Audi customer for years, and I can say without hesitation that Richard is the reason I’ve stayed. He consistently goes above and beyond for his customers, no matter how big or small the issue is. Richard doesn’t just “handle” problems — he owns them. He listens, communicates clearly, and always works to find the best possible solution.
It’s rare to find someone in customer service who genuinely cares, and Richard sets the standard. To be completely honest, I would have left Audi a long time ago if it weren’t for him. His professionalism, dedication, and integrity makes every visit for his customers easier and every experience better.
Audi is lucky to have him, and so are his customers.”

“We stopped by Audi Dominion in San Antonio and had an outstanding experience thanks to Dalton. From the moment we arrived, Dalton was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through several different vehicles and carefully explained the features and differences between each model.
What really stood out was how patient and low-pressure he was throughout the entire process. He never made us feel rushed or pushed toward a decision, which is a rare quality in car sales. Dalton even let us test drive a couple of vehicles more than once so we could make sure we were comfortable and confident in our choice.
Beyond his professionalism, Dalton had a great attitude and an excellent sense of humor. We shared a few laughs along the way, which made the experience enjoyable and relaxed rather than stressful.
If you’re considering purchasing an Audi in San Antonio, I highly recommend asking for Dalton. He is honest, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure his customers find the right vehicle for their needs. Audi Dominion is fortunate to have someone like Dalton on their team.”

“Good day,
This review is written in the spirit of honesty, transparency, and accountability. My intent is not to harm the reputation of Audi Dominion, but to share an experience leadership may wish to review.
During my visit this week to explore purchasing another vehicle, the experience initially began well. I had been working with Jazz, who has always been patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I value understanding details before making important decisions, so I ask questions to ensure I feel confident in the choices I make for myself and my family.
However, when I was introduced to a manager named Robert, the tone of the interaction changed.
I asked several questions to better understand my options. Instead of providing clear answers, Robert repeatedly redirected the conversation toward signing paperwork before I fully understood what I was committing to. The focus appeared to be obtaining a signature rather than ensuring I felt informed and comfortable with the agreement.
When I asked for clarification, my questions were often redirected rather than answered directly. As an Air Force veteran, I believe that when someone does not have an answer, they should find it or connect the client with someone who does.
On three occasions I asked if I could speak with someone who could clarify my questions so I could make a fully informed decision. That request was not accommodated.
I decided it was best to step away and revisit the conversation later. I thanked Robert and informed Jazz that I would follow up the next day.
As I began to leave, Robert’s demeanor changed. In the presence of staff and clients in the showroom, he raised his voice and yelled at me in a hostile and unprofessional manner. The situation drew unnecessary attention and was embarrassing.
I have never experienced anything like that in a professional setting—especially at a dealership I had trusted for many years. The interaction affected me deeply, and on my drive home I broke down emotionally because of how the situation made me feel.
My family and I have been part of the Cavender Audi family since 2015, shortly after we PCS’d to San Antonio at the end of 2014 and needed service for our Audi A6. What began as a service relationship eventually led to several vehicle purchases.
Over the years we built strong relationships with many members of the team. Mojda in service was especially known for explaining repairs clearly so customers understood their vehicles. That transparency built trust.
Despite changes over time, the service department continues to provide excellent care. I want to thank Cory, Mojda, Brandy, and others for consistently delivering five-star service.
There was also an incident years ago where a birthday gift I accidentally left in my vehicle during service went missing. Leadership addressed the situation appropriately, the individual responsible was removed, and I was reimbursed. I chose to move forward knowing that the actions of one person did not represent the culture of the dealership.
Because of my experiences over the years, I have referred many friends and colleagues to Cavender dealerships and have even purchased vehicles for family members at Cavender Toyota.
Lasting businesses are built on relationships, not transactions alone. Customers should feel respected, informed, and comfortable when making important decisions.
My hope in sharing this experience is that leadership reflects on interactions like this and ensures the professionalism and relationship-centered culture that once defined Cavender Audi continues moving forward.”
