“Where to start with this review. Well I was recommended to Tyler the general manager of this place thinking he was going to get me a good deal for my trade in and boy was I wrong. Next he had talked to my wife and I over the phone about what he could help us with which he first said he could get us a trade in offer for a little over 17,000. Then since I had a negative equity on my car he would then squash that remainder balance and then that negative equity would not get added to my new trade in value and this whole conversation was on Monday. So, fast forwarding to when we got there which was yesterday. Everything was going good at first with the salesman which his name was Tyson. I had no problems with him at all. I felt no pressure from him and he had great customer service!! Now Tyler on the other hand when we finally sat down and talked to us about numbers on the car he didn't even come close to what i had wanted or what he had talked about on the phone. Not only did he give me a higher number but my negative equity was still on there as well. Not only did he lie to my wife and I about squashing the whole negative equity number but my car payment is also a lot higher. I have never felt so much pressure from a general manager some of the time we were just sitting there in awkward silence because all i wanted to do was get out of there but he had my keys. But he just kept pushing which was super annoying!! Honestly after this whole experience my wife and i will definitely not be doing business anymore with you guys after this. Am i happy with the car I wanted sure but am I happy with the price of it and the manipulation definitely not!! If I am told certain things from a general manager I expect you guys to keep your word as well. Oh well guess I know next time to just not believe a word you guys say!!”

The sales manager Robert was also great. Very friendly atmosphere, no pressure. They both explained the lifetime warranty. “Great experience. Went in on a Thursday to see about trading in my 2017 rogue. I adore my ‘17 and was having a really hard time getting rid of it, but my salesman Achten was awesome and I didn’t feel judged or pressured at all. One of the managers Robert was also awesome. I didn’t land on one on Thursday and ended up going back Monday to keep looking with Achten. He and Robert helped me get a 2025 Rock Creek Rogue that I absolutely love at a very good price. I was a very stubborn and difficult customer with my budget but they were awesome through the whole process. They made it clear that they didn’t want me buying any car I wasn’t 100% happy with. The finance guy Steven was also fantastic, super nice and didn’t add any pressure at all for warranties or anything unnecessary. I love my new car and the team at this store were amazing!”

“Kevin was my salesman and he was extremely patient with me, letting me test drive three cars and found me the perfect one that fit my budget and my needs at a good price! He even detailed, washed, and prettied up my car by adding a bow! And then, when I thought I left my ID there (I didnt) he had the whole staff looking for me! This was my first experience buying a car and I would go there again for my next! The manager was a bit pushy though.”
