“Summary: they sold me a vehicle that had trash in it and had 30 miles left in the tank. They didn’t put engine oil or windshield wiper fluids and I can realistically prove they cleared the engine codes prior to selling me the vehicle. Also they left someone’s personal loan lease agreement in the glove box which is a major privacy violation because it had all their info. The main person that was in charge of this sale was General sales manager Tyler and overseeing him was executive manager/General manager Leon. First, they sold me a vehicle without properly inspecting it. I actually have audio recordings of GM Leon admitting that they skipped required internal processes and cleared engine codes prior to selling me the car to hide the fact the vehicle had no oil in the engine. And they delivered a car that was dirty and had 30 miles left in the tank. Even worse is how recklessly they handle your highly sensitive personal data. When I took my car, I found another customer’s fully signed auto loan and lease agreement left inside my vehicle. This document contained all of that person's private personal information. I immediately notified management on a Saturday about this massive security breach. Instead of securing the customer's data, they completely ignored my warning and didn't retrieve the documents until two days later. The GSM admitted on recording that they allowed the vehicle to leave the lot without verifying valid insurance, even though they had us sign official paperwork falsely stating that valid insurance was provided. Even after providing proof that the vehicle was added to the insurance policy and that we were listed as drivers he claimed “there was an error “. When asked directly “then why are you selling me a vehicle I can’t drive out of here legally “ his response was “ I don’t know why that is”. So they are systematically cutting corners on required state documents. When notifying the GSM of these infractions he proceeded to cut me off a lot and call me “buddy” along with his service tech calling me by a different last name. When the GSM was made aware of the vehicle not having oil which was confirmed by three different sources including myself and a autozone tech all of which were recorded by several cameras and at different angles the GSM provided a tow truck only for the camera that was recording to be disconnected from my dash. When confronted GSM Tyler said he had nothing to do with that and the GM later when asked said “ You just don’t do that”. On top of everything that was said, When asked directly “ Not to mention, the service engine light wasn't on, which means they erased codes” the GM responded by saying “Right absolutely”. The only enjoyable part of this whole situation was our interaction with the finance manager who was amazing the whole time and looked out for us which can’t be said about the rest of his team. I have management's admission of multiple other infractions fully recorded on audio and video but these were the worst of it. The dealership has been posting 5 star reviews from months or years ago in what appears to be an attempt to cover up this review and the other 30 one star reviews made in the past year. Lastly, I will continue to post all evidence I am permitted to share on a weekly basis until a formal apology is issued and documented action is taken against the individuals involved, specifically the GSM for his direct role in these infractions and his documented pattern of unprofessional conduct toward customers especial in the most recent view where he ignored a customer.”

“Really enjoyed working with Tyson at World Car Nissan. I never felt any pressure and Tyson really seemed to care that I was happy with my selection. It took about a week for my paperwork to get completed so when I went back to finish the paperwork everyone was super friendly and the car was cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go. Would definitely shop with them again.”

“World Car Nissan was incredible from the moment we walked in the door. I went in knowing what I wanted and they were on my side the whole way. Sonya was amazing to work with. She was thorough, she was kind and her happy, fun demeanor was a blessing during a stressful time. Michael was our finance advisor through the process and he was amazing. His communication was clear and he was such a joy to work with. Malcom was the final member of World Car Nissan we dealt with and he was very welcoming and made the final part of the process quick and painless. Overall, in a time of anxiousness and uncertainty, they did everything to make sure I left that lot with a car I would be happy with, I would absolutely return and send anyone I know looking for a vehicle to World Car Nissan. 10/10 facility, staff and service. Thank you for everything you did.”

“Kevin was my salesman and he was extremely patient with me, letting me test drive three cars and found me the perfect one that fit my budget and my needs at a good price! He even detailed, washed, and prettied up my car by adding a bow! And then, when I thought I left my ID there (I didnt) he had the whole staff looking for me! This was my first experience buying a car and I would go there again for my next! The manager was a bit pushy though.”
