“I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness from North Park Subaru. So far, I have been very impressed with the dealership. Phil Larson, the General Sales Manager is terrific! They offer a free one hour education on the car features with a tech specialist. When one item we purchased with the car was not delivered, they quickly remedied the situation. I hope service lives up to the sales experience. UPDATE: Just had the first service on my Forester and the service department is stellar!”

“We had such a great experience at North Park Subaru! We were purchasing a vehicle for our Caring Transitions business, and from start to finish, everything felt easy and seamless. Roger and his assistant Kat were amazing, and so was David from the finance department. (We should also mention David from the service department, who had also been great working with us on our previous Outback.) They were so friendly, organized, and honestly, we were blown away by how quickly the process went from start to finish. It's not often you can say that buying a car was enjoyable, but it truly was. We're so grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone else!”

“North Park Subaru made car buying actually... enjoyable?! 🚗✨ If you told me buying a car could be stress-free, I would have laughed, but here we are! From start to finish, North Park Subaru absolutely nailed it. I was able to set up an appointment via text and confirm the car would be there before we even walked through the door. No wasted trips, no surprises. Just smooth sailing from the jump! Once we arrived, we had the pleasure of working with Osbaldo, who is honestly a gem. He wasn't just trying to make a sale, he genuinely took the time to understand what WE needed and delivered exactly that. Knowledgeable, patient, and refreshingly real. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. Then came the financing piece which, let's be honest, is usually where the fun goes to die. Not here! David M from financing swooped in and made the whole process quick, clear, and painless. He walked us through all of our options and helped us find the one that actually made sense for our situation. “I came in Wednesday morning, 2/18/2026, to look at a 2018 ford Mustang gt premium they had for sale. I had spoke to Kamron Spencer about this vehicle prior to coming to the dealership, as I am about a hour away. I showed up to the dealership, all was good, I was greeted and everything was going smooth. I test drove the vehicle and it drove awesome. But up until I got done test driving the car and made it to his office, it went down hill from there. I told them where I wanted to be on my trade and if they couldn’t offer me what I wanted for my trade that I was completely fine and no hard feelings I’d just be on my way. Just before I left home, Phil one of the managers there stopped me, by the way this gentleman was rude, as he said that this car would sell in 2 weeks since I wasn’t going to purchase due to the deal not making any sense to me. But he stopped me before I left home, he said they could do a little more then what they originally offered me and i politely declined and counter offered and he said no. But I told him I’d think about their offer with the deposit. Fast forward later in the day I get a call from my salesman Kamron Spencer, and he gives me really good news, that they can give me what I wanted for my trade and if I could put a deposit on the mustang. I put the deposit on the mustang, the car wasn’t ready to sell it needed to get a inspection and a few other things done before it could be sold to me. Long story short fast forward to today 2/23/2026, they said I got approved because they asked me to fill out a credit application, but now all of a sudden the car can’t be sold because it requires too much work to be sold to me. So not only did I get my hopes up, they lied to me, wasted my time, took a deposit from me, they did refund me, still waiting on the refund, the car supposedly can’t be sold to me anymore even though at the time of this review the car is still up for sale on the website. Moral of the story, do not buy a car from here, especially if the car isn’t even ready to take home same day shipping. Because they will lie to you, keep you in the dark, keep you waiting on a update and on top of that be rude and get your hopes up of getting your dream vehicle and crushing your dreams afterwards by some lame excuse. Sorry for this long review, but I wrote it so people could understand what I went through and know that this was my real experience and I was waiting a long time to get a mustang and this dealership over promised a deal they couldn’t fulfill. 2/27/2026 12:30 P.M I have yet to receive the deposit on this Mustang that couldn’t even be sold to me and pulled my credit for basically no reason. Terrible customer service. Feels like they are trying to brush this incident off like they did no wrong. Can’t get any manager on the phone. I understand they are busy, but when I have yet to receive a deposit back after 4 days when I was told it would be refunded the next day and I even called my credit union to confirm. The dealership hasn’t sent the funds. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Starting with Kamron Spencer, Phil one of the managers was very rude, Chuck Newman as well seems like this incident doesn’t matter, and the only other person who kind of cares about this situation is Enrique Palacio. But honestly I feel like even he is trying to brush me off slowly until my trade offer expires which expires tomorrow. Offered me 8k for my trade and now they can’t even take care of me in anyway shape or form. I don’t have my deposit yet and I have my credit ran for a car they sent to auction. Please do not buy a car from here. Especially don’t buy a car from the kahlig auto group. Especially if the car hasn’t even been passed inspection.”
