“I called to inquire a vehicle last week spoke to Miykah, told her which vehicle I wanted gave her all my information to get paperwork started. I waited about three hours, I didn't want to rust them. I finally texted her ask for a status update. She stated she was on a ride along with a customer. Said she would let me know as soon as she got back. About an hour later she texted me her GM sold the vehicle I was trying to get. I said wow! But earlier that day she asked me if I was going to need finance, I said no I'm going through my own bank. She texted me well what if WE can get you a better rate with Kia Finance? I said no it's ok I already have my bank. Then hours later she tells me they sold it. I believe they sold it because I didn't want to go through Kia Finance. I am stating this because up to that point they were super attentive. And she would not give me her GM name. I told her I was going to make a formal complaint. I WOULD GO ELSE WHERE FOR A VEHCILE. I just bought three vehicles from Nissan. They walked away from three accounts. SMH!!!”

“Service department is fantastic. They are communicative and helpful and respond quickly. The salespeople are way too aggressive for my taste. I know they have a job to do but I don't enjoy dealing with someone who calls, texts, and emails multiple times a day. I like Kia cars, and will continue to get mine serviced here, but I won't buy from here.”

“I am an ‘older’ lady, and rely on good, honest people to help me when I don’t understand something that’s not my specialty- especially when it’s considered a necessity, in this case- a car and its maintenance. Older people, women especially, can get taken advantage of easily at times, when it comes to things like that.
I want to write a review, which I hardly do, about Chance Buckner and his team in the Service Department at Kia of San Angelo. I don’t believe I’ve ever felt as comfortable and confident with customer service as I did talking to Chance. He was so kind and knowledgeable, answering every question I had with the patience of Job. I’ve heard for a few years they had the best service department in the area, now I see why and can now say so for myself.
Kia of San Angelo: you did good by giving Chance the responsibility you did. He can handle it with grace, charm and ease. Did I say charm?(😉)
He makes a hard job look easy!
Thank you, Chance, and team, I will be calling on you all again, and will tell my all of my family, friends and church members- anyone who will listen!- how wonderful you are.”

“I don’t know of another service department that I’ve been to that I’ve been treated so nice. I walked up to the door and an employee opened it for me. All of the staff were so nice and so helpful. I wound up speaking with the Service Manager about my vehicle and he went above and beyond to help me. He put my mind at ease and was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. True gentlemen.”

“We have a daughter that lives in San Angelo and her 2023 KIA Rio started having issues. She made an appointment and took the car to them. They got right on it and had it finished up and ready for her to pick up that same day. Robert Fowler took the time to explain everything to me in detail and gave me several options to get the car repaired. If this would have been a dealership here where we live they would not have gotten the car back to us the same day and they most certainly would not have offered different options for repairs. Thank you all so much for getting this done quickly so our daughter didn’t have to be without a car.”
