ā€œSamantha and Dave were awesome to work with. We were her "first' sale. Not pushy at all. We have a 2024 grand cherokee and have always wanted a wrangler. Just came in to look and walked out with Vixen. Thanks Samantha and Dave. šŸ˜ā€

ā€œI went for a problem with my dodge durango, my insurance paid almost $5000 for this job, they diagnosed the gasket of the engine heads were bad, the repair was apparently good, "I trusted so much that they were the specialists and the most qualified in repairing these vehicles since they are the manufacturers! But it was not like that, when I got to my house that is about 3 miles from that place, I realized that I have a bottle of refrigerant that I previously did not have, I clean this and I think that they were surely spilled and they did not clean after work, the next day I am going to take my boys to their school and suddenly my engine light turned on šŸ˜–, I check with my scanner and I get a code (P06DD) related to the dirty oil, low oil level or poor oil pump, not even 20 miles of travel had been completed after leaving the workshop when I already had this problem, which I previously did not have, I checked again and I had more refrigerant leaking, something that did not happen before, I go to the Workshop for Kindly tell them the event, that they left something wrong for them to check, this job came out in almost $5000 for that repair, I explain the Situation to the person who attends me and I indicate that I was charged for an oil change inside the Package. But why? I don't see that they restarted his useful life Oil on the dashboard, they didn't even put the label that indicates when it's your next change, I can check right there the Fluid and I realized that it was dirty with residues and low level that triggered the light of the engine turning on throwing (P06DD) Code that I did not present before this repair "this dismayed me a little, leave the Car there and after 4 days I called because I didn't get an answer and it was there that they told me that they still haven't checked that for the next day they would tell me that I had the car. I said wow like It's a guarantee they left me last, indeed the next day they call me to tell me that the Water pump is bad and the gas collector "which was another $1500 more, I go to the store I try to talk to him Manager to indicate that that was not before and that something that you repair is not damaged and the next day does not work suddenly, his response was super arrogant and even rude to the Finally he agreed with me, he left the office throwing the Door a total lack of respect for me that I am a customer and that will be the Last place I would visit if I have any problems. The worst thing about the place is that the Director Tony was the one who treated me like that! If that's with a client I don't want to know the employees the treatment they receive. Don't go to this place especially if you're Latino, you'll have a hard time go somewhere elseā€

ā€œI took my car in because the engine light came on and apparently I needed new spark plugs and some software updates. It was done within the day which was really nice but it cost be over $1200 for the maintenance I needed. This seems pretty steep considering the total for the spark plugs was $124. My biggest issue is that my car went into the shop with 70585 miles and when I picked it up, it had been driven 35 miles. On the invoice it said they only drove it 4 miles to test drive/ensure that it was operating correctly. I can’t understand why it would need 35 miles of test driving to make sure it is working well. This just seems weird and I don’t like that the invoice incorrectly states that my mileage out was only 4 miles more than when I picked it up. Upon pickup it was at 70620 instead of the indicated 70589. It makes me think that they took it out for their own leisure which makes me really uncomfortable. It’s giving Ferris Bueller’s day off.ā€
