“To begin with Mr Mark who was the agent involved in selling off the 2023 Honda Pilot LX was so nice and very helpful during the process of purchase from Yalcars Youngstown in Ohio. He spoke so nicely and answered every question that was asked. This same man (Mr.Mark) became so mean and VERY RUDE after this car was delivered. This car was shipped from Ohio to South Carolina. It arrived with a lot of issues he NEVER made mention of (Mark shared force images showing the car was in good state). I will drop images of some issues below👇 _ Scratch all over the car which Mr. Mark claimed it happened during transportation( the delivery guy) shared videos of this scratches before this car was picked from Yalcars Youngstown in Ohio. - Back bumper was broken - car filter very dirty - no oil change… and more… ****During the purchase, Mark told us Yalcars Youngstown is responsible for any maintenance but when we took this car to a body shop and all theses issue was mention in a typed out list ranging from $4500-$5000, we inform Mark which his respond was Yalcars Youngstown got nothing to do with all this maintenance and insisted the car was picked in good condition (Mark is a good liar)🤮 We told Mark we were ready to ship the car back and he said we can’t because the company doesn’t sell and get products returned😪 ##### I’m still asking for Yalcars Youngstown to step in and respect the warranty policy or agreement.”
