“I bought my first truck here in 2005 and was a customer for 20 years. Unfortunately that is no more. After over $1700 dollars including two tows, and a month of time they still didn't fix my car. On top of that after immediately bringing the car back after picking it up and explaining something was still wrong I was sent on my way only to break down, stranding my family on the side of the highway requiring a tow straight back which I of course had to pay for. After nothing but programming they sent me on my way, only for me to bring it back yet again when the check engine light came back on. When they finally claimed they found the problem, which happened to be exactly what I mentioned weeks before that they never checked, they wanted another $4800. I requested a different solution which they claimed they couldn't do. I picked up the car and drove it straight to a local mechanic and got it fixed using the alternative solution that Lou Fusz claimed wasn't possible for less than half of what Lou Fusz wanted. It's been driving great since. There was even email correspondence that both the general manager and service manger were on and I wasn't ever offered so much as an apology even after admitting that they never looked into the one check engine light code that I specifically asked about. Premium dealer prices should come with premium service, which is not even close to what I got. Unfortunately the result of this experience is that I will never buy another GM vehicle, and the one I do own will never come here again. If I have to take it to a dealer I will gladly drive further away to avoid Lou Fusz. I am also sharing my experience with all of my friends and family including my children who are of driving age and none of us will ever be customers here again.”
