I’m very pleased with my selection of Dave Sinclair Lincoln, for my purchase of the used 2019 Cadillac XT5. Chandler Beck my salesman was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. In fact the entire staff was exceptional and welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership for their new or used car selection. And I will certainly do business with Dave Sinclair again!

I have to say the sales experience for our Aviator was fantastic and our experiences with the service department are generally very good as well. But this last time I had my car in was a disappointment. A little bit of background… I bought my Aviator in 2003 and immediately took it to another shop to have them apply PPF and ceramic coating. I’m particular about detailing my cars and always hand wash them myself. Whenever I have the car in for service I make it a point to tell them not to wash it. I recently had the car in for recall and warranty work and this time was no exception. When Doryle came to pick up the car he asked if I wanted it washed and I told him no, which I saw him write down to not wash it. However when I got the car back it was returned with swirls in the PPF on the hood. Again, everything else regarding service is always great but this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the detailing they do. I know they’re trying to give value add to the experience but when I ask them to not wash I expect the request to be honored. And when they do it anyway and I see the dreaded swirls from a dirty wash rag it’s even more frustrating.

I had the pleasure to work with Nate at Dave Sinclair. Nate was not a pushy salesman, very knowledgeable and personable when not handling business. He let us do our own thing, giving us space to make thoughtful decisions. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and professional. I also want to point out the friendly face at the front desk, Jessica was a joy. I am officially a LINCOLN owner. The SUV is of high quality, with ALL the specs I wanted. Buying a used car of course you run into nuances, the heated seat on the drivers side is not working. Mike in the service department got me scheduled within a week or two and because my car has excellent miles, The repair would be covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty… All in all my experience was top tier and I will refer everyone I know and will be back
