“I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2023 Hyundai Sonata from Carlos at Bommarito St. Peter’s. Carlos was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I found the exact car I wanted with only 8,100. Carlos worked out an unbelievable deal with warranty coverage and even a full tank of gas. He even washed the vehicle before I arrived. The customer service from Carlos and the Bommarito team truly made me feel valued. They rolled out the red carpet for me. 20/10 experience I highly recommend Carlos and Bommarito St. Peter’s! If you’re looking to purchase a brand new or gently used reliable vehicle contact Carlos, he will take good care of you!”

“Been searching for a long time for a Gladiator. I knew what options and specs I wanted and buying used I knew the task would be harder. Found one online at Bommarito got a quick reply from Carlos Choo-Ortega when I emailed for more information. He was responsive and took the time to answer questions I had about the truck. I had a work trip out of town and he kept me posted that the truck was still there. Coming in for a test drive was very easy and the whole process was fast and simple. We love our new truck and highly recommend coming in and speaking with Carlos. Thank you for your time and help through the whole process.”

“We recently purchased our 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate from Bommarito Cadillac 'THE' Cadillac of all dealerships! lol! and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Lamarr Powell. I don’t even want to call him a “salesman” - he’s just a genuinely great human who happens to help people buy cars and that is hard to come by these days! He treats people like true friends and family. From the moment we arrived at Bommarito Cadillac, there was zero pressure. Not even “low pressure.” Just clear communication, patience, and total transparency. I came in knowing what I wanted, and somehow we were completely in and out in around 2 hours - unheard of in my 43 years of buying vehicles. Everything was explained clearly, no salesy tactics, no games. Just straightforward, professional service. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful Lamarr is. With the winter slushy weather we’ve had in St. Louis, a few days after our purchase, he arranged for the dealership to have it detailed for us. He also knew we were heading out to dinner to celebrate and actually called the restaurant ahead of time to let them know we were coming. I mean
who does that? It's rare to find someone in sales who feels this authentic, kind, and trustworthy. Lamarr made what’s usually a completely stressful process completely seamless, celebratory and truly enjoyable. If you’re looking for a stand up dealership & someone who truly cares and treats you like a real person, and makes the experience easy - ask for Lamarr. He absolutely deserves the recognition. Highly, highly recommend! 😍🙌”

“I brought in my Cadillac Blackwing due to *several* manufacturing issue, which I was dreading because I knew it was going to be a hell of a job to have done. I'm going to be honest, I didn't really know where else to take it as the kind of work that I needed done was more specialist than dealership, but it was under warranty, so I went to Bommarito. I should note, while it shouldn't matter but it might to some dealerships, but I did not buy this car from Bommarito. I was not their customer, but I am now. Needless to say, an engine out service, including transmission and associated parts, is a scary proposition on any car, let alone an expensive car that I had not owned for very long. I thought I was going to have to put up a fight and explain over and over the issue. This was not the case. I worked with Bryan Bruce, who pulled the car around and immediately recognized the issue I was experiencing, got me in a loaner, and had me on my way. Bryan kept me informed on what was being done with my car and I even had the opportunity to speak with the technician working on my car (Sorry, I dont remember your name, but thank you for all your work, seriously.). Considering the clusterf I gave them, they were able to get me back in my car within a very reasonable amount of time, and went above and beyond to make sure that Cadillac (GM*) didnt just kick the can down the road. After getting the car back, I was happy with how everything turned out. I was honestly nervous I was going to be in and out of the dealership adjusting "this and that" to get the car back to where it was when I dropped it off. Nah, first time out, had it 99%. Frankly, the only issue I had was with a heat shield fastener coming loose and a small trim issue, which considering the work, I honestly can't fault anyone for. Jeff Layton was excellent, also. I worked with him on my revisits (post work break-in period), where I explained my concerns. Jeff listened to what I was concerned about, documented it, and had me on my way in a loaner while their techs went to work. A few days later, cars back and is, quite frankly, better than how I gave it to them. They fixed the manufacturer's defects (multiple), I didn't have to argue or fight warranty bs, and overall I had an A+ experience. I was never without communication or transportation. Thank you, Bryan and Jeff, as well as the techs who worked on my car. You were understanding and provided me with excellent service. I'll be back, but hopefully only for standard service/consumables (for the tech's sake).”
