“I brought my brand new vehicle in for a tire replacement due to a flat, and the experience quickly went downhill. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a multi-day delay because your team apparently didn’t realize the tire needed to be physically available before processing the insurance claim. After waiting an extra day, I finally picked up my car only to find that the rim on my brand new Crown Signia had been damaged during service. This is unacceptable. A customer should never receive their vehicle back in worse condition than when it was dropped off, especially when it’s brand new. To make matters worse, the car wasn’t even cleaned before being returned. Instead, I was handed back a dirty vehicle with a damaged rim, which reflects a serious lack of attention to detail and care. The only positive part of this experience was Liliana Contreras. She was kind, professional, and considerate throughout the process, she is truly the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. Overall, this level of service is extremely poor and needs serious improvement.”
