“Went for simple service today. Oil and tire rotation. Waited 1:45 min in total. I was greeted by a lady that was constantly on the her cell phone and there was no one at the counters. My adviser who was supposedly a person I have never met or got introduced to so I never met him or her. Waited in a construction waiting area and was hearing customer complaint down the hall about some tire situation. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed there was greasy fingerprints all over the steering wheel and on my seat. Also looks like my oil light was never reset. At the checkout the lady was still on the phone with someone and just push paperwork toward me. I made two signatures and there was no hello or goodbye. The car was parked outside with a second vehicle very close to my rear bumper. She then stated your set. Could not even open the tailgate to put my stuff in as there was another vehicle about 2” away from my bumper. The whole experience felt cheap and not like dealership. There seem to be chaos going on and disorganization. Perhaps it was even lacking, structure. I wondered if this was typical thing here.
The whole Experience felt cheap below the Quick lube place standard. Perhaps I expected a little bit better service from a dealership. Perhaps I am used to the Ford dealership Which seems to be a little higher standard. Regardless this place seemed off. I don’t think I am ever going to come back. I know it’s little things but they add up. I don’t think I would trust them diagnosing and trouble shooting big problems.”

“We purchased a 2022 Tahoe and Adam was fantastic. We traveled over from Alabama, was about an hour before closing time on a Saturday evening, that didn't affect our service from Adam or Casey in finance. Very smooth, easy and fast transaction. I highly recommend going to see Adam if you're in the market for a vehicle!”

My service advisor Rich was fantastic to work with. Clear communication and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The service tech Kyle did great work and clearly knows his stuff.
Several friends told me Palmer Dodge was worth the drive, and they were absolutely right. I would not hesitate to come back and would recommend them to anyone needing Jeep service.”
