“Initially hamza and the dealer exhibited a captivating demeanor when attempting to sell me a car. They assured me that the vehicle was in excellent condition upon purchase. However, upon acquiring the car, I discovered numerous issues. I had purchased the car for $150,000, but it was not functioning properly. I decided to take it to a repair shop and engaged in a conversation with the dealer. They promised to address the issues, but their actions were to initiate a claim through the warranty, which I personally paid for. Now, after two weeks, my car remains in the shop and I am unable to use it. The dealer has not responded to my calls, and I have already incurred over $10,000 in repair costs. Therefore, I strongly advise against purchasing a car from this dealer. They may be a luxury dealer, but they have proven to be a luxury scam. I recommend avoiding this dealer at all costs to prevent wasting your time and money. For now still waiting to resolve this issue doesn't look good”

“I just purchased a Cadillac SRX 2012. The milage very low and condition was excellent for a used vehicle. The initial call about the car I spoke with Norris( the owner who also owns many other dealerships) and who was very helpful and very nice and he referred me to see Ray at the dealership. I was scheduled, by Sam and received texts before my visit. Very organized and professional. Ray was very nice when I got to the dealership and we did the test drive. my daughter was purchasing the vehicle for me as a gift and she did not live in the area and he made it a point to be very helpful and flexible in working with me for deposit as well as giving me a day to bring in the balance as I had to go hour and a half away.
