“The problem I came in for seems to be fixed. Everything else was as I expect from an average dealership. Excessive quotes for a very minor oil leak (over $3000). Then, plenty of tack ons just because you didn't have things like spark plug change on record. Before sending me a $10,500 repair quote, I expect an excellent dealer to call me to discuss the maintenance issues. I could tell you, they were not needed, I did most myself and I will do the brakes. Instead you just casually email an excessive estimate. Take the extra step. Treat your customers with courtesy and respect with a call before sending a bill like that. You almost blinded me. Jackson Acura is average, at best”
