“The last purchase I made with CarMax was great. I was ready to trade the truck I purchased from them and had a 2023 Tundra shipped in from Mobile, Al. $200 for shipping. The truck came in and was exactly what I was looking for. The truck had 11,000 miles on it. The tires looked like they had about 30,000 on them. They said the tires were within tread limits and would not change them out. It was obvious the tires had been changed. I walked from the deal. They said I could call the local location in the future and ask them to check the tires if I were to have another truck shipped in. REALLY?? Buyer be ware of what you are getting! I went to the local Toyota dealer and bought a new Tundra. Great experience with no worries of what I was getting.”
