“I chose Honda and this dealership, expecting a higher standard. But it seems I made an error.
I purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot Sport from this dealership and followed up directly with the General Manager after pickup regarding unresolved concerns. Despite being explicitly invited to reach out if anything was not excellent, I never received a response.
Before purchase, I was quoted an out-the-door price of $32,800. At the dealership, the pricing presented did not match until I challenged it. The sales member, told me the cost of the vehicle alone was nearly $33,000. I was then told the price would increase if I paid cash and was advised to finance the vehicle and immediately pay off the loan to retain the lower price. The potential credit impact of that advice was not disclosed or unknown.
After financing, I was informed that paying the loan off too quickly could delay title transfer and risk the temporary registration expiring. This was explained only after the fact.
During the purchase, a “Nice List” promotion was advertised, suggesting customers could select a gift and potentially receive up to $500 off. In practice, a gift was chosen for me. It was a complimentary oil change. While not a major issue on its own, it did not align with how the promotion was presented.
The vehicle was advertised as Honda Certified Pre-Owned and having passed a 182-point inspection. Within approximately 650 miles, I noticed the engine was running below normal operating temperature. I brought the vehicle to the service department to address this concern.
The guidance I received was summarized as “get on the accelerator.” I drive conservatively, especially when my family is in the vehicle, and rarely exceed 3,000 RPM when starting from a stop, let alone while maintaining normal traffic flow. Being advised to drive more aggressively was not the intention I had when purchasing a Honda, a brand that prides itself on safety.
After, the "repair." I was also told that all fluids had been topped off. However, when I checked the following morning, with the engine cold, the coolant reservoir was below the minimum line once more. Combined with the fact that the coolant reservoir had previously been found unsecured in the engine bay, this raises serious concerns about both the inspection and the service response.”

“The service department is top notch! The team of service advisers and other staff are all very friendly. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area is clean and I was able to use the Wifi and got some work done while I waited. Thank you!”
