“If I could give this place zero stars I would. The only good thing about them is that they had the Silverado I wanted and that’s where the good ends. I’ll start with where I wanted to use my credit union because they where going to give me a great rate of 6.29 my credit is an 811 and they just totally ignored that I wanted to use my bank and went ahead of using their own finance company driveway and I told them again of what rate I was going to get with my bank and they ignored my request once again. The rate they gave me was 6.6 or something in that affect. I called and complained to their finance department I was about to have to refinance my vehicle after only having it a couple days. But luckily the lady in charge of financing felt bad for me and end up giving me a 6.06. Then two months in I get a call asking if I can take the truck to Roseville because they forgot to smog it. I ended up having to smog the truck on my own and have not even been reimbursed for doing so. And then a couple weeks later they had to get me to sign a piece of paper about the gvrw of the vehicle and once again something that should have been done when purchasing a vehicle. Super sloppy job by supposedly the largest Toyota dealership in NOR CAl. All I wanted in return was a spare key fob made and sent to me but all of a sudden a sales manager does not exist. I do not recommend this place at all total Sharks in there that want to screw and bend you over at your expense. If somebody wants to make this right call me I’m sure they know exactly who I am and know my number
Update since review. Romeo the so called finance manager called me to get a copy of smog from me which i already sent to Juan. I’m not going to play this Mary go round of bs. They need to hurry up and send my check. Also beware of Romeo because he is the one who completely ignored me using my own bank to finance the truck through a comple snake. Also the Brandon rush was so eager to put his email on here and tell me not to hesitate to reach out to him which I did so Brandon stop trying to make your self look good online when your customer service skills are trash”

“I had a great experience working with William when getting my car. From the start, he was friendly, fast, and really listened to what I needed. He didn’t waste any time and made the whole process smooth and easy.

“I can’t express enough with topnotch experience with my salesman William. William goes beyond any salesman I’ve dealt with. Roseville Toyota is what I call it “my home dealer” my family, we purchased 3 vehicle there and had an amazing salesmen. Me and my wife really appreciate William our salesman and the sales manager who was on the deal. They worked with us and when I say this believe me, they are the best in the business.
