“I recently visited Hyundai Roseville with my husband on November 22nd, initially just to browse and test drive a Hyundai Tucson. For 16 years, I've proudly driven my 2010 Hyundai Accent SE that has been with me through so many life events. It was a simple, dependable car, but the time had come for an upgrade, as it sadly couldn't keep up with modern technology and safety cameras/features. ​Stepping into the Tucson, my first thought was, "This is big!" I didn't think I could get comfortable. That's where our sales representative, Tyler, truly made the difference. We did not make any apppintments, he was the first one that greeted us that day. ​Tyler was exceptionally patient and understanding. Knowing how different this new technology would be from my 2010 Hyundai accent car, he took his time to thoroughly walk me through the features. This included explaining the gear selector and all the impressive safety features from blind-spot detection, blind spot view monitor (which is my favorite), 360-degree camera system and other amazing driver assist features. He also showed us some more cool features such as Remote Smart Parking Assist where you can use your key fob to move your car forward or backward as you're standing outside. This is a very nice feature when you're in the parking lot and cant get into your car because of the tight parking. I love the heated and ventilated/cooled seats. After showing us so much features of the car, it is now time for the test drive. ​I was nervous to test drive a bigger car for the first time, Tyler rode along seated in the back and my husband was seated next to me. Both of them were a calm and reassuring presence. The drive itself was incredibly smooth and comfortable; I quickly forgot I was driving a larger vehicle. It was truly love at first sight, and my husband and I immediately agreed: this was The Car. ​The customer service didn't stop once we decided to buy. The entire paperwork process was made easy by Tyler. He kept us updated throughout the night. To make the purchase even more convenient, he suggested following up to pick up the check from us later, saving us a trip back to the dealership! The signing of the papers was smooth, as Steve explained everything we need to know about the car and we had a great time chatting with him as well. He congratulated us afterwards and that's how you know it's a done deal. ​Driving my new Tucson home on the freeway that night was a pleasant and completely stress-free experience. When Tyler came to our house, he patiently answered more questions and showed me additional features. His dedication to customer service continued even after the sale, as he has been delightful and responsive to all my random follow-up questions via text. ​Looking for a new car can be overwhelming, but Tyler made the entire experience seamless, comfortable, and exciting from start to finish.
