“SCAM! DO NOT GO HERE……. Went in to look at some cars and trade my car in. My car been running great all day long and to the point I parked it in their parking lot. Appraiser comes out and tells me that my car has a misfire and a code for ignition coil. Offered me a crazy low price for the car. I pop the hood look at my ignition coils and cylinder #1 coil is unplugged. If you know about cars you know that those clips do not just come undone and you need to put some force to disconnect it. I reconnected it and engine ran just fine. They did not take accountability for trying to scam me and kept saying that they didn’t do it… but we all know what happened…. 🤫 Also it just happened to be cylinder #1 that is the only easily accessible one🥴 forcing a misfire to the engine on a customers car is not nice…”
