“They were fast enough, but even though I was required to make an appointment, after I showed up for the appointment that I made, I was told that they work might not be completed for two days. This was for a software upgrade (68C on a 4xe). What is the point of making an appointment if it does nothing to ensure you get your vehicle fixed in a timely manner? Further, the days of a large dealership actually caring about their customers is over, as they will not give you a loaner. The line staff is great and the maintainers seem knowledgeable, but their management are just as greedy and anti-customer service as you would expect now days.”

“Did a bit of searching before heading out so there would be no surprises. Our first stop was AutoNation and they had a few vehicles that were interesting. After a bit of looking I found what I wanted at a fair price. Everyone was very friendly and helpful so process was easy.”

“I’ve driven away with loose suspension components because of the service team. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back for the same concern three different times. Finally, this last time I was told I needed head gaskets by good ol’ Brenda when all I needed was a starter. She conveniently told me that when my extended warranty had just gone out. When I communicated my concerns to the service manager he took it just as personal as Brenda. I picked up my vehicle and it had a low tire pressure light on that I later found was a leak in the tire due to some kind of puncture. Also one of my speakers is now blown. Take your vehicle in for service elsewhere.”

“Wife seen yellow jeep with pink trim and said let's get that one. Called dealership and said we want to look at yellow jeep pink trim on Sunday. Salesman said no problem I'll have it cleaned up and ready for Sunday. Show up and see jeep with a 2nd salesman and pink trim gone from jeep and jeep wasn't detailed. Wife NOT HAPPY. Talked to manager very nice lady and 2nd salesman very nice guy who worked things out to get jeep detailed and ready. Long story short happy with purchase.”

“Many thanks to Klaus Tafta of AutoNation CDJR Roseville, where I bought a magnificent new 2024 Jeep Gladiator. Klaus worked with me for many hours reviewing and comparing my various jeep options. I was used to driving a Ford F150 so I went for the Gladiator which had so many bells and whistles and marked down $13K for the fall sale. He is adding a running boards and linking the truck bed. The running boards were complimentary!! This is service like I have not known in California. I bought my truck in Colorado.
My Gladiator and I are looking forward to some wonderful trips together including going back to Last Dollar Road just outside Telluride, CO. That's
one of the true tests for great jeeps.
