“while bringing my car back for the 5th time for the same repair a pipsqueak named micheal ignored me while he initiated a leisurely phone call then sat quietly at his desk as I stood next to him, when I requested service he became defensive and irritated, he had asked me to bring the car back so a tech could look at it, again. he then accused me of damaging my car in the exact same place as the accident and lying to him to get it repaired, he put his face 3 inches from mine attempting to provoke me, it worked. mike has no business whatsoever working with the public. he is a liability waiting to happen. the only place he belongs is the unemployment line. you have been warned, retaining him extends liability to the entire operation, and to the pipsqueak, don't ever show your face to me again. This occurred at Lithia body shop on Stewart across from the Safeway in Roseburg. Not surprised they have no record of the 5 return visits for the same issue. They do not do things very well, and no one takes responsibility. An extremely unprofessional operation at every level. Their response "maybe it was another dealership?". No it was yours. You simply are totally unaware unconcerned and oblivious. When Lithia called me they knew exactly who Michael is. In their response they acted as if they do not have a Michael. More lies. Never trust Lithia with your vehicle!! I sure don't.”

“This place is a real joke! kind of like the hospital in this town. The mechanics don't even do a thorough multi-Point inspection and they even throw themselves under the bus with the video process that they do nowadays, video showed my two front tires good tread as a mechanic said then continue to say all tires have great tread. I have horrible tread on my rear four tires. I don't know what vehicle she was looking at when she said that. Many times they've told me that my tie rod ends were perfectly fine but I already know they need to be replaced cuz they're completely torn but they check out every time!! just sad that people are so lazy. only reason why I keep coming back is because that lifetime oil change I just find it hilarious every single multi-point inspection The new stuff that they come up with that contradicts the last one.”
