“I brought my Prius 2026 Nightshade here with the help of the great Mason in September of 2025. Please read this review because I was a first time buyer and I went to over 7 dealerships! And I decide to buy from here because the attention was top notch and they didn’t try to elevate the prices as other companies. “Toyota of Rockwall took great care of my Tundra during my recent visit. They handled all of the recall work efficiently and even provided me with a free loaner vehicle—a Tacoma, which is basically the smaller version of the Tundra. While the Tacoma wasn’t as luxurious as I would’ve preferred for a loaner, it still got me from point A to point B without any issues. I want to especially highlight Phillip, who delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and checked in regularly so I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the experience smooth and stress-free. The maintenance department closes early so it was tough to get to Rockwall from work during week (bridge traffic is insane), so maybe a third appointment next time to pick up on weekend. Overall, solid service and excellent support from Phillip. I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicle here.”
