Service never answers the phone. Only way to make them answer is to have a guy from parts walk over. Got my car towed there after I discussed 300$ max for a key replacement and programming. When my car towed and the door lock was working. I got a notification to approve pending work. It was 400$ more. After they quoted me an extra 400$ (165 already paid for a new key and cut) they told me they would have to break into my car. After telling them to please not do anything to my car till I come back to the location they were very rude to me. I walked in and said hello, it took 4 hellos for a simple answer back. After realizing that an employees lunch was prioritized over service, I called AAA they unlocked my car for free and I found a guy on Facebook to program my key for 100$. Don’t let them waste your time.

Got my first car here 2025 Toyota Camry, thank you so much to Jonathan and James for their help! Communication was beyond amazing and after taking the car with me they still help me out with any confusion or questions I had, they’ve always been straight forward and professional! We recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Venue SE and had an excellent experience. After looking at it online for a few days and deciding that it was the car we wanted, we called in the morning to confirm the vehicle's availability, and once we arrived, they already had the car pulled up to the front ready for us. Our salesperson, Victor, was very helpful, kind, and made the process extremely easy. The manager, Jonathan, also checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything and he provided excellent service as well. We took the car home the same day and they made sure that it was clean inside and out, had gas in the tank, and was ready to be on the road. We would definitely purchase here in the future and we recommend working with Victor and Jonathan.
