We recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Venue SE and had an excellent experience. After looking at it online for a few days and deciding that it was the car we wanted, we called in the morning to confirm the vehicle's availability, and once we arrived, they already had the car pulled up to the front ready for us. Our salesperson, Victor, was very helpful, kind, and made the process extremely easy. The manager, Jonathan, also checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything and he provided excellent service as well. We took the car home the same day and they made sure that it was clean inside and out, had gas in the tank, and was ready to be on the road. We would definitely purchase here in the future and we recommend working with Victor and Jonathan.

I brought my car in for service on 8/8 and did not receive any updates from the shop. On 8/12, I called and was told all service was completed except for the plug issue I had reported. They stated it was not covered under warranty, I let them know it was under warranty and all the documentation was in the vehicle. They needed me to provide the information - so, on 8/14 I went to their shop, pulled the information out of the glove compartment and provided proof of warranty coverage. At that point they agreed to move forward with the plug issue. Days went by with no updates - so I called to check the status. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes on two separate occasions without anyone returning to the line. On 8/18, I went back in person and was told the car had not yet been worked on, but they would get to it later that day. Days went by and still no one contacted me with updates. On multiple attempts to call after that, I was again placed on hold indefinitely and unable to reach anyone. On 8/21, after nearly two weeks without progress, I went back in person and was told my vehicle still had not been looked at. I was also told they could basically do me a favor and move it ahead of other customers if I leave it. I let them know they have had my vehicle for nearly 2 weeks and had not looked at it and that I needed it to transport my child as we have been taking uber everywhere for the past 2 weeks. They responded back, "We are busy and only have two technicians." At no point was I offered a loaner or advised that the process could take weeks before my car was even reviewed. I had scheduled an appointment for service on 8/8 (I didn't just show up and drop my vehicle), yet my vehicle sat for two weeks. At this point with no guarantee when my vehicle would be looked at or completed and no offer for a loaner vehicle - I ultimately took my vehicle without the service being completed. The lack of communication and follow-through throughout this process was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Very unprofessional - find another location, unless you have time on your hands and multiple vehicles at home.
