“2026 Nissan Armada Pro4x I have to start off by saying that prior to coming to Rockville Nissan i visited several other dealerships, All of which assured me they had several Nissan Armadas on the lot, Which was false, Garden City, Westbury, Bayridge, none of these dealers had the car i wanted in stock, The only dealership that had one for me to see was Rockville. Upon entering the dealership i encountered a new salesman, Jeffery Peralta. He spent several hours with me, helping to narrow down the options to decide which trim level Armada would fit my criteria. There was absolutely no pressure from him to make a purchase, He was able to accomodate a test drive on an Armada Platinum Reserve and spent the time to go over all the features. Sometimes you walk into a dealership and feel as though your tossed into the Shark Tank however that was not the case at Rockville, the dealership is a judgement free zone, i went there right after working my blue collar job and i was treated with courtesy and respect. However, I did end up leaving the dealership due to my schedule. I was offered a competitive rate on the armada from a different out of state dealership down south, which i was about to sign to close to deal. However i contacted Jeffery prior to closing the deal and i mentioned the conditions of the deal i was offered by the other dealer. Jeffery was able to speak with his team and locate the exact same vehicle in Nj and sent a driver to get the car the same day so i could see it. They were able to beat the price of the other dealer by over $3,000, they also offered an additional warranty at no cost, and even promised to throw in the cargo roof cross bars and a full set of Nissan rubber floor liners. They secured the vehicle from Nj for me within a few hours and i was able to come down and finish the deal with Jeffery. If your looking for a dealership and salesman that shoots straight id highly advise you to check out Jeffery at Rockville auto. I really didnt expect to close a deal however they brought the exact car i wanted and made me an offer i just couldnt refuse.”

“This place is leaving the worst taste in my mouth. I purchased a vehicle about six months ago, and lo and behold getting ahold of anyone is like asking them for money. Every single person involved in the process for my purchase apparently doesn’t work there anymore, the receptionists bounce you back and forth and act like they’ve never spoken to you before, and nobody is helpful when your money isn’t involved. They’re very personable when they are trying to make a sale though. But if you have issues with plates or warranty or anything else forget about it!!!! We were able to get through to one guy, and he just didn’t follow through so my issue remains unresolved. I’m so irritated I did business with these people at all. And I didn’t even purchase a Nissan, I purchased a Buick… so much for a luxury experience….. also it’s funny how less than six months ago their rating was in the toilet and miraculously is almost at 5 stars. 5 stars where?!!!!
