âI had an amazing experience at Mercedes! I recently purchased an EQ 350, and I couldnât be happier. The vehicle was absolutely spotless genuinely clean from the inside and out, and clearly well taken care of. A special shoutout to Neil, who truly went above and beyond throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything smooth and stress free. He definitely made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions, and I had a lot LOL! The entire team was great as well! I highly recommend Mercedes to anyone looking for an excellent car buying experience!â

ââââââ Poor Communication and Unprofessional Treatment
On 11/24/25, I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin regarding a vehicle I was interested in. I spoke with Darren (GM) and Julio (internet sales consultant). After several conversations, I was instructed to move forward with the purchase process.
On 11/25/25, I completed everything requested of me, including submitting a credit application, credit report, trade-in registration, photos of my vehicle, and my driverâs license. At that point, I had effectively completed the entire buying process on my end.
After that, communication completely stopped. Calls and messages went unanswered. No numbers, no four-square, no explanationânothing.
On 11/28/25, I was contacted by someone named Samantha Fields. I explained that no one had followed up with me and that I had not received any pricing, approval details, or even a courtesy response such as âweâre sorry, we canât move forward.â Again, no resolution.
For clarity, I am currently financing a vehicle, I had money down, and my credit and finances are in good standing. My issue is not being declinedâmy issue is that my credit was run and my personal documents were collected, only for the dealership to completely disappear without explanation.
Running someoneâs credit and then failing to provide even basic follow-up or professional communication is unacceptable. If youâre looking to have your credit pulled with no outcome, no transparency, and no respect for your time, this dealership will happily accommodate that.
Very disappointing experience.â

âI canât recommend Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin enough! This was my first time bringing my car in for service, and Sean and his team went above and beyond from start to finish.
From the very beginning, their honesty, transparency, and professionalism stood out. They sent me a detailed video while my car was being serviced, which made me feel completely informed and confident in their work. They even checked my carâs battery as I requested, no corners cut.
On top of that, my car came back spotless, washed, vacuumed, and fully detailed, all with a fast turnaround time that exceeded my expectations. Itâs clear this team genuinely cares about their customers and their vehicles.
If you want service thatâs efficient, thorough, and honest, Sean and his team are the absolute best. Iâm so impressed and will definitely be coming back!â
