βIf I could leave ZERO stars I would have. Drove 2 hours to look at what was described to me as an excellent condition FJCruiser with low mileage. A unicorn for us Toyota fans. Well upon arriving I was greeted by Taylor whom I had been in contact with about the car. Walking up to the car I was still in disbelief. A low mileage fjcruiser how amazing!! I took it for a test drive with a friend who came along for moral support. The truck drove fine. But as my excitement started to normalize and I began to actually inspect the truck I began to find stuff wrong with it. A basically trashed interior. I moved the rear seats up only to find piles of dog fur and this horrible stench. The crevices of the seats and interior panels were caked in grime. While pulled over we began to inspect the exterior. Supposedly an old lady traded this truck in. Maybe so because the underside was pretty much damage free. BUT the smart guys at Land Rover decided to spray paint the visible parts of the frame to make it look cleaner. It looked terrible. The factory undercoating was now a shiny black. Bad choice. The black plastic exterior panels were scratched so badly it was almost funny that they claimed it was in excellent condition. The driver seat cushion on the side bolster was down to the frame and down right dangerous as that is were the airbag is. After expressing my concerns to Taylor he literally laughed at me. That is the moment I stopped considering this truck. Up to that point I was contemplating how much it would be to fix the issues. But after that disrespect and lack of professionalism I was out.
Amateur salesperson at best. Austin the sales manager was accommodating but it was because of Taylor that the sale was not made. Will not be back to that store ever again.β

βI had a truly outstanding experience at Land Rover Rocklin from start to finish.
Even coming from San Francisco, the experience was absolutely worth the drive. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which is rare and deeply appreciated during a vehicle purchase.
Austin, the GSM, was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the process. He took the time to listen, never rushed a decision, and made the entire experience feel collaborative rather than transactional.
Neal, who assisted me on my first visit, brought an impressive depth of knowledge and experience. His passion for the brand and years with Land Rover really showed, and I felt confident and informed from the start. When I returned to finalize the purchase, Richard stepped in seamlessly. He was patient, easygoing, and genuinely thoughtful, and he surprised me at delivery with several personal touches that made the moment feel special and memorable.
Ronnie, the General Manager, was also wonderful to work with. He was present, welcoming, and instrumental in ensuring everything came together smoothly. His professionalism and approachability truly set the tone for the entire team.
Eli in finance made what is often the most stressful part of buying a car feel refreshingly straightforward and pressure free. The process was efficient, transparent, and respectful of my time.
The dealership itself is beautiful, calm, polished, and intimate in feel, yet highly professional in execution. It is clear that Land Rover Rocklin reflects the values and standards of the Niello Auto Group, with a strong emphasis on integrity, professionalism, and customer experience.
This stands out as one of the most positive car buying experiences I have had, and it was entirely due to the people. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Land Rover Rocklin team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.β

βFrom sales desk with Faxon to financing with Eli, the entire experience was easy, I felt pampered and educated all along the way. I appreciated the integrity and kindness from the entire staff. I even received thank you video from the department manager, this was my best car purchasing experience to date.

βIncredible service experience from Land Rover Rocklin. My service advisor Robert is awesome, excellent communication and friendly service. Robert got me in quickly, had a loaner car reserved, and even had his lead technician (Ian) available to road test with me. Ian was very patient and extremely thorough. It's great peace of mind knowing you have a committed team you can trust to take care of your LR service and repair needs.β
