“I picked up my X5 at the BMW Performance Delivery Center in SC so I didn’t purchase here. However, today I brought my car in for its first service. It was a good appointment and their BMW Genius (I think his name was Ian) helped me with some technical settings. I chose to wait the 90 minutes in their lounge which was nice. Not sure if they would have provided a loaner if I had requested. I am new to Massachusetts and was happy with Rockland BMW.”
