“I have not purchased a car here, but I have to give a shout out to the fabulous team that helped my friend out. We were right around the corner when she picked up a bolt and the tire went flat right now. We pulled in as it was the first driveway. Those guys came out and immediately offered to plug the tire. We just asked to have the tire swapped out with the donut to get us home quicker. We really appreciate the kindness and professionalism we were shown. If youre looking for a car, check them out. Great group of guys!”

“THE BIGGEST LEMON TREE IN ROCKFORD My apologies to everyone who’s made a purchase with this company before reading this review. After dealing with this company and the persistent car trouble I had retract for a while. As I could go on about the attitudes and the lack of accountability I’ll spare you on just the car experience(s). Within the first week and a half I had an issues with the vehicle that I got from them. All the lights came on inside the car and refused to accelerate etc. I took the car back to them to get repair on Alpine road and it ended up in Belvidere, IL WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE (hints in the text message I asked the employee where my car was). I traveled from Rockford to Belvedere just the mechanics to informed me that my car wasn’t ready. Twins Auto Mall employees mislead me and completely wasted my time after telling me to pick up the vehicle. In the meantime the first renter vehicle they gave me I couldn’t tell if they were taking the car down or building it up. All the lights were on in this vehicle as well and I could practically touched the engine from the inside of the car. AFTER A LONG PLEAD WITH THEM they finally gave me a second rental which looked a lot better, but I quickly learned that looks can be deceiving. As I was at work, someone informed me that the alarm was going off. I went out to check on the vehicle to see if the vehicle had been tampered with… I didn’t see anything. When I finally got off of work that night I was trying to adjust my seat forward (as I usually do) but couldn’t. I drove on the tip of my toes hoping to just make it home. Next thing I know the car started to drive a differently, it started to make a sound, it started to produce a smell of chemicals just when driver in the left lane of me yelled to me to “GET OUT OF THE CAR ITS ABOUT TO SET ON FIRE” which was his exact words. I quickly gather my things and when I got out I seen a lot of much smoke. Thankfully with the help of this man and his two small children they help me push the car to side of the road. Twins Auto Mall members came and towed the vehicle. I was left to figure out my way back home myself and thankfully had a relative come pick me. The owners at twins auto mall ( yes, one of the twins) blamed me for why their engine blew up . At the time, I only had the car for less than a week. Not a crash, not a dent, not a scratch on that vehicle from me YET they blamed me for it! Since having my vehicle back, I’ve had so many things done on it. They complain about replacing an engine for the second loaner vehicle how about I had to replace to engine to the vehicle they gave me less than 6-months of having it. Had I been a person who was more into the superficial things I would’ve known that the foglight was busted on the very first day I purchased the car and they told me that repairing the fog light was doing me a favor. Had I known I would’ve ran far away. I never had to experience so much burden and headache from a purchase in my life! The audacity of those twins, those employees is ridiculous and beyond me. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I don’t recommend women to this business they were very comfortable being hostile towards me. Let men deal with them.”
