“First off the sales experience was great, Mae was wonderful to deal with. My issue is the "service and inspection" that was supposedly done to the car. The air filters were in terrible shape, I've never seen a cabin air filter so bad. Also the air on the right side will not change temperatures, which turns out to be due to a missing actuator that was broken off. Now I have to go to Honda to get that fixed. Otherwise it's a good car, it just would have been nice if the car had actually been inspected thoroughly by the dealership before I purchased it.”

We went for the test drive, he explained all the features of the vehicle, he answered all the questions my son asked and worked with him to finance the car and provided all options and my son left driving the car he wanted, Kia G4!!. “The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had questions after the sale and he went above and beyond to get me an answer. His name is Kelven ( not sure of spelling or last name). The only reason I gave 4 stars is their finance staff is very hard to get a hold of. I ended up having to go to the dealership and wait to be seen. If you don't have anything to install a flash drive make sure you get paper copies! I had my car serviced for a factory recall and was told my car might be there all day. They were done in an hour. I am very impressed with that! They also kept updating me by text to make sure I was taken care of. Overall a great place to buy a car, new or used!”
