“I came in to have my vehicle repaired for the transmission shifter linkage on my 2012 Ford Escape. It started off a little rocky, because of the communication from the technician to the service advisor. The vehicle did get fix in the end to my expectation. However, what set this over the top was the fact that I lost my cell phone when brushing all the snow off my vehicle. That was God trying to tell me something for the way I had handle things earlier. After pinging the location of my lost cell phone back to West Herr, I looked for my phone for 2-1/2 up until 11pm that night to no avail. I came back the next morning, and three of the employee’s came outside in freezing weather to help me look for the phone. Within 8 minutes they found my phone, I was ecstatic. Thank you to the service advisor James Ling who always was courteous and professional, Jason (not in picture), and the shuttle drive Mike for carrying for getting involved when they didn’t have too. Especially, with me not being nice in the beginning.”
