“I purchased my truck and RochesterThey delivered it to lockport. It was dark outside when I got back to my shop. I noticed the mirror was broken. The salespeople seemed extremely concerned. But in the end claimed it wasn't on their end. The other picture shows wax pencil writing on my truck after it was supposed to be ceramic coated. I don't believe wax pencil sticks to ceramic coat. I don't feel they're honest with the services they perform or things that happened something along the lines must have happened to that truck, and it wasn't inspected. When it left, I will not purchase a vehicle from them again. Nor recommend them for anything in sales with vehicles. I have purchased many vehicles brand new and had problems They pushed the sale out quick. Our pleasant, until they are done with you completely. There's also a dent in my front bumper. I highly suggest. Do not pick a vehicle up from them at night. Time or have delivered without a final inspection. Sheet, because from what I see it doesn't even look like they did a ceramic coat. How could you miss a mark like that”
