“I was left pretty disappointed after my call with the service department. I need a new tmps sensor for one of my tires on my Tahoe. I had Chevy diagnosis the problem and try to fix it but they couldn’t. The sensor is completely dead and won’t show any air pressure at all. Chevy actually recommended me to go to valley Cadillac. They saw they had 4 sensors in stock. The sensors at chevy are on back order. I understand I do not own a Cadillac and I did not buy my car from this dealership. I was left completely shocked when I was told I would have to pay a $210 diagnostic fee which is actually way more than the part itself. I already had it diagnosed at Chevy and it’s not anything crazy like I’m trying to get engine work done it’s literally a sensor. Seems like a total money grab. Was left pretty disappointed after that call. Would rather wait or get aftermarket sensor somewhere else over pay double.”
