I had an incredible experience at Valley Cadillac getting into my new 2026 Lyriq. The sales process was stress-free from start to finish. A special shoutout to Matt, Mike, and Daniel - these guys really went above and beyond to make this happen. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this team!

I was left pretty disappointed after my call with the service department. I need a new tmps sensor for one of my tires on my Tahoe. I had Chevy diagnosis the problem and try to fix it but they couldn’t. The sensor is completely dead and won’t show any air pressure at all. Chevy actually recommended me to go to valley Cadillac. They saw they had 4 sensors in stock. The sensors at chevy are on back order. I understand I do not own a Cadillac and I did not buy my car from this dealership. I was left completely shocked when I was told I would have to pay a $210 diagnostic fee which is actually way more than the part itself. I already had it diagnosed at Chevy and it’s not anything crazy like I’m trying to get engine work done it’s literally a sensor. Seems like a total money grab. Was left pretty disappointed after that call. Would rather wait or get aftermarket sensor somewhere else over pay double.

I had an excellent experience working with Joe Stier at Valley Cadillac. From the start, Joe made the process smooth and stress-free, really listening to what I was looking for and answering every question with patience. He walked me through the features of the car, explained the electric car process in a way that made sense, and made sure I felt confident before moving forward. He genuinely seemed to care about making the experience a good one and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my decision. Because I was buying from a distance, Joe went out of his way to communicate however I needed, text, phone, or email, and kept me updated every step of the way. He not only supported me throughout the purchase but also followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. That level of care, accessibility, and genuine follow-through made the experience outstanding. If you’re considering a Cadillac, I highly recommend working with Joe.
