I recently had my card towed to the Mazda dealership on west Henrietta rd. I had an excellent experience with the service associates at this dealership. I need to mention that Dave S went above and beyond, helping get a claim documented thru my extended warranty, which basically the dealership didn’t work with anymore because of the incredibly long response time making it not feasible for the service personnel to work with on a daily basis. Because of his kind and professional patience I will be able to get a partial reimbursement for this expensive repair for items covered under the warranty. I just wanted to pass this information on noting that this type of customer care is unfortunately rare. Kudos to this dealership for hiring knowledgeable and conscientious associates like Dave! I have spent a good part of my career working in customer services and can say that my experience with Dave at the Henrietta Mazda location was exceptional. Thank you!

Outstanding support from Bob Johnson Mazda service department. We had an emergency with our Mazda and the service department got us in within 2 days. They trouble shot the issues and made all the repairs in one day. The service agent, David, was outstanding, keeping us informed throughout the day and what the cost would be. We made a plan for future work to fit our budget and we were on our way. Thank you to David, the technician Tyler who worked on our car and the great Service department staff including the cashier for being pleasant and reasurring to us. I highly recommend this Mazda dealership: Bob Johnson Mazda on West Henrietta Road.

Title: Wrong Diagnosis, Months of Waiting, Thousands of Dollars Spent – Still the Same Problem 🚫 I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with this Mazda service center was so disappointing that I need to warn others. My Mazda CX-5 had a loud noise problem, so I brought it here for service. At first, they diagnosed the issue and told me it was only the wheel bearing. I trusted them, waited almost one month, and then paid around $2,200 for the wheel bearing replacement. But only a short time later, the noise came back. When I returned, they told me it was actually the transfer case (transport). Once again, I trusted them, paid, and waited for the repair. Still, the noise problem was not fixed. Finally, after waiting 3–4 months in total, they now say the real issue is the transmission. 👉 If they had told me this from the very beginning, I would have traded in the car instead of wasting $1,800–$2,200 and months of time. 👉 Instead, after all this waiting and spending, the problem is still there – and in fact, the noise is now even worse than before. My Main Complaints: They failed to diagnose the correct problem at the start. I had to wait 3–4 months but still have no solution. I spent around $1,800–$2,200 for repairs that did not fix the issue. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I tried to explain my situation. They misled me into paying for unnecessary repairs instead of being honest from the beginning. This is completely unacceptable. A professional service center should be honest and accurate in their diagnosis, not make customers wait for months while charging thousands of dollars for nothing. If they had been honest at the beginning and told me the real problem was the transmission, I would not have wasted all this money and time. Instead, I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of. 👉 I am writing this long review so that others do not go through the same problem I experienced. 👉 Please think carefully before trusting this service center – it could save you time, money, and a lot of frustration.

Thanks to John, Owen and the entire team for all the info. they shared, expertise, their courtesy, patience (as I took awhile to pick out a new car) and ability to make the entire experience a pleasant one. Excellent customer service, a good deal and they love dogs too. Finn’s definitely happy with the new car!
