“I bought a certified used truck from them and my salesperson was Matt Johnson. At the dealership they told me that I had a 3 month warranty and that if I found anything wrong with the truck to let them know and they would get it in and fixed. I went on a day where it was snowing heavily so you couldn’t see all the details of the truck that well. So I didn’t look that closely at the truck and left, when I got home I inspected the truck and found a crack in the windshield on the drivers side of the truck. I instantly texted my salesman and told him, he texted me back on the next business day and proceeded to tell me that the crack should have been filled already so it was on me to get it fixed. I then took it in and the crack was considered in the line of sight so the windshield had to be replaced. So I had to pay for a brand new windshield on a truck that I had just purchased. Definitely would not recommend this dealership they tell you one thing and take your money then tell you that it’s on you if you have any kind of problem.”
