“Impossible to get a hold of any service managers, they claimed they fix my ignition coil, In the little while, after my car started acting up again I took it into minus and the engine code that they claim to have fixed was never actually changed. The worker at Midas pulled it out for me and showed me that it was a old ignition coil so this Mercedes dealership in Rochester Hills never really swapped it out and just charged me for it anyways when I call back to let them know about it nobody ever answers. I took it in there to let them know and they said how do we know that you didn’t just grab some other ignition coil and claim that that was the one that we fixed this is the worst Mercedes dealership there is do not come here”

“I expected more from Mercedes. My car started experiencing an electronic issue which caused lights and collision detection to go offline. Worst of all, my headlights would not turn off once I turned off the car, draining my battery.
It took the service department three days to finally ‘diagnose’ my car and the solution was replacing the battery. No actual diagnosis or any ideas what caused the issue with the collision detection or lighting glitch that drained my battery — simply saying it was because I left the lights on myself.
I drove home and the sensors and lights once again acted up and continue to do so. I called the service department to address the issue, but was sent to a voicemail. I called back half a day later and was told they could send me to voicemail again and I asked to leave a note for the manager.
Nobody has returned my call or even bothered to hear me out. They do not care about my vehicle, my concerns or my business.”

“I have been coming to this dealership repeatedly, mostly because it is close to home, but I would strongly advise against using it. Their so called courtesy car wash is just a rinse with water and you are expected to dry the car yourself, so I ended up going to a car wash anyway. I raised this car wash concern several times with different staff and nothing has changed. On top of that, they changed my tires and put one from a different customer on my car, which is completely unacceptable. Reaching the service department, especially Adam, is extremely difficult. I have brought my car in four separate times for the same issue, with clear documentation and videos, and it still has not been fixed. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. The longer drive is absolutely worth it.”

“Overall very professional Mercedes Benz dealership. All employees are always polite and kind. Ensure you read carefully what they propose for service and repair options they provide. Perception is that some of the proposals are based on pure assumptions and only a vehicle history on paper and not facts driving the customer into uninformed decisions and unnecessary costs by warning you with disclaimers like immediate attention etc. Will look around in the area to compare more options for my Mercedes cars and my needs going forward. I need a dealership I can trust fully with their recommendations and not have to second guess.”

“Before pulling off the lot my screen stop working frustration and disappointment with my new vehicle, leased on January 14th. Within eight days, it required service due to a check engine light, unresponsive and lagging infotainment screen, non-functional front sensor, inoperable remote app features, and a malfunctioning Hey Mercedes voice assistant. Despite seven days in service, the same issues persist.THIS IS NOT NORMAL !
At this point, we are wasting everyone’s time. I am spending my days off back at the dealership, and the staff is repeatedly working on a vehicle that is clearly defective. I have video and photo documentation to support these ongoing issues. Seeing that this is my 5th time visiting with the SAME issues”
