The company is not very clear on the policy of how to get cash for this bank draft that they drew up. Bottom line you need cash quick Don't go to CarMax to sell your vehicle”

“I can not recommend the Roanoke Carmax highly enough. We ordered our car from a distant affiliated dealership. While it took longer for it to arrive than I would've liked, we were kept apprised of its location at every phase. Once it came in, the dealership experience was a breeze. No pressure sales and couteous, well-trained staff made buying a pleasure. Our walk around and test drive revealed a few minor issues that needed repair.
