“Had an amazing experience working with Henry, the VIP Assistant Manager. He was super patient, friendly, never felt pushed or rushed to anything, Listened to everything I wanted and answered all my questions! And even hand delivered my car to me!!
I Highly suggest anyone looking for a car to go see Henry!
I walked in with very slim parameters and he did everything he could to get me something I'd love.

Our financial advisor was Ronnie and spoke with Alex i believe about insurance. They were both very patient and gave great service! Ronnie definitely worked with us and helped give us a good deal, and was very professional!
(Now I give the overall experience 4.5-5 stars, the only thing I'd mention for customers is if you choose a certified vehicle, there is a 3k certified fee. Essentially, the 'certification' comes with/means you get a 7y/100k powertrain warranty. (Not the same as the base warranty) You can choose to pay that or not but you just won't get that warranty. I had never heard about it ever being a separate amount from the ticket price, and it definitely makes a difference in the total amount, so I just wanted to give notice to that. I definitely suggest going! Just be informed and ask all your questions! As you would anywhere)
Other than that, everyone was great and I had a really good experience!

“I recently purchased a car at I-95 Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Henry. Henry is friendly, patient, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. He answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision.
The new ownership has really made a difference here —the atmosphere feels welcoming, the staff is attentive, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Dan, the sales manager is very nice and attentive. It’s clear they value customer satisfaction and are working hard to create a positive experience.
If you’re in the market for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Henry and checking out I-95 Nissan.”
