“Last week on Monday 10.20.25 I went into Riverside Hyundai not knowing what to expect. From the very first encounter, which was the greeting and welcome by Freddy, I felt comfortable. I didn't feel the typical pushy car sales vibe. I went on a few test drives with my fabulous salesman Tom who explained all the features and different options of the cars I looked at but I wasn't quite there yet. Then came the Sales Manager Oscar, he really was working hard on the numbers for me to keep me in budget but he noticed that I wasn't excited. Oscar went over my needs again then said I know what would work for you...the Kona. As we were talking the GM Mike entered the scene and told Tom to go get a specific Kona for me to test drive. He said you are going to love this car and we are gonna make it happen for you. Before I even drove it out the parking lot I was in love with the car. I came back from the test drive and Oscar worked his magic and true to Mike's word, they made it happen. The best car buying experience I ever had.
